1-What is your payroll frequency? ?

Employees are paid on a monthly/semi-monthly basis. We invoice around the 15th of each month to make sure that employees are paid on time.

2-How does the pricing work?

We offer a straightforward flat monthly fee that encompasses setup and onboarding costs as well as all monthly statutory payouts. To maximize transparency, we consistently provide a comprehensive invoice breakdown, covering employee payroll, employee benefits, and the PWG service fee.

3-How do you handle payments?

We do provide ease in multiple currency invoicing. We invoice in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), but employees are paid in their own local currency. We effort to get you the best rates while transfering money.

We specialize exclusively in Employer of Record (EOR) services and do not engage in recruitment. You are responsible for sourcing your own candidates or contract workers, and once you’ve selected them, we step in to manage their payroll and employment status.

9-How does PWG Handle employees expense reimbursement?

Depending on the scenario and what you permit to happen, reimbursement of a employee’s expenses is highly automated and generally follows this path:

  • You determine what expenses you’ll allow the contract employee to generate.
  • The client agrees to reimburse the employee.
  • The employee submits his/her expenses to his/her line manager. Line manager approves his/her expenses.
  • We reimburse the employee in their paycheck.
  • We invoice for the expenses.

14-How PWG encounter FX rate?

At PWG, transparency is a core value. We ensure that our employees receive their salaries based on the current exchange rates used by our banks during the remittance process. Unlike some others who may take advantage of outdated rates or fix rates from previous dates when they were lower, we believe in fair and up-to-date compensation. We provide bank documents as proof of the exact FX rates applied.

15-How PWG ensure timely payment to employees?

PWG operates a Cash Management System (CMS) that operates around the clock, supported by a hierarchical structure of managers who ensure prompt payments, even in the event of approval absences. Even during holidays or weekends, we maintain our commitment to ensuring that payments are never delayed
